# Plans, credits and usage

Pricing Tiers

Your plan determines access to features and allowances. Some actions also consume credits or depend on an external service.

### Check before generating

Review the balance and estimate displayed for the selected action. Website/app generation, media rendering and Grow workflows can use different balances. A campaign brief, script draft and finished video are separate steps and can have different costs.

### Separate creation from distribution

Creating a draft is not the same as paying for distribution. Advertising spend and connected-service costs must be checked separately where applicable.

### Use current prices

Use the current AICre8 pricing page and in-product estimate for amounts. Assisted services have their own agreed deliverables and prices, separate from self-service generation allowances.

### Get help with usage

Record the project or job reference, action attempted, time and error text when contacting support. Never include passwords or secret keys.
