# Content and UGC video

Start with your business offer when creating a script, image or presenter-led video. AI presenter content must not be presented as a genuine customer experience that never happened.

### Prepare the brief

State the audience, offer, message, destination and desired action. Supply accurate facts and authorised assets. Review hooks and spoken scripts before rendering.

### Create and review

Choose the available format, presenter or authorised portrait, voice and duration. Review the credit cost before generating. Check the final media for pronunciation, accuracy and visual consistency.

### Use it in a campaign

Attach completed assets to the correct campaign and follow its review process. Generating video does not automatically publish it or create a paid ad. Use the generation screen for current format and pricing details.
